HR-focused group session organized by IBA ORIC (Institute of Business Administration - Office of Research, Innovation, and Commercialization) was a valuable and insightful event. The participation of senior HR professionals from the corporate industry likely provided a diverse range of perspectives on human resources practices and resources incorporation.
