IBA ORIC has signed MOU with The establishment of the Behavioral & Linguistic Soft Skill Forum

IBA ORIC is actively encouraging faculty members to create specialized Forums/Groups to enhance research, consultancy, and advisory work, as well as establish international collaborations and secure funding. The establishment of the Behavioral & Linguistic Soft Skill Forum under the leadership of Ms. Shumaila Omar and with the support of Mr. Aamir Haider Butt seems like a promising initiative.

The focus on soft skills, such as communication, team management, leadership, adaptability, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence, is crucial in today's professional world. These skills indeed play a significant role in differentiating successful organizations from less successful ones. By creating awareness about the importance of these skills and addressing the challenges organizations face in developing them, the forum can contribute to the professional growth and effectiveness of individuals and organizations alike.

Moreover, the emphasis on international collaboration and seeking international funding and grants is a strategic move. This approach not only brings fresh perspectives and insights but also enhances the resources available for research and consultancy projects. It can open doors to global opportunities and partnerships that can benefit both the forum and IBA as a whole.

The signing of the MOU indicate strong institutional support for this endeavor, which bodes well for its success. IBA ORIC's vision for a successful venture in this new initiative reflects its commitment to fostering innovation and excellence within the institution. It will be interesting to see how the Behavioral & Linguistic soft skill forum evolves and contributes to the academic and professional community.
