is a Research Internship Program geared towards creating a ready pool of RAs. It will select and shortlist students that have a potential for research, briefly train them and place them with faculty members as Research Assistants so that they can take advantage of upcoming research grants and speed track the process of their own publications. The students will receive specific training relevant to writing research papers which will not only enhance their confidence and skills but will also enable the IBA community to pursue more research opportunities fulfilling our mission of driving research.
